jessica lee writes is a playground of sorts where i flush out ideas and projects i’m working on. Her talents also serves on Fistful of Talent which is featured on Workforce Management. Jessica is just one of twelve in a field of dreams all-star HR bloggers.

Jessica is fully engaged in all the usual social websites – LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and perhaps a few others not yet mentioned.

I could not find her first posting, which is always an interest item in the 365.HR Blogs quest. Sure, I could have backwards tabbed through the blogs until the end was found, BUT Jessica is quite the prolific and eloquent author.

Her most recent blog entry is Accountability in Social Media. The posting starts off with a lamentation about folks were tweeting live and being catty about the celebrites walking down the Oscar red carpet. Then, with the best of authenticity, she seques into her own episode of being called out, called to the carpet per se by Suzy Welch. The dialogue screen prints were saved and presented as support.
